📜 General Information

In accordance with U.S. hygiene and consumer protection standards, certain product categories are non-returnable.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hair care and cosmetic products (including shampoos, conditioners, masks, hair color, treatments, etc.)

  • Combs, brushes, and scalp massage tools

  • Opened products or products with broken hygienic seals

  • Any items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons once opened

📦 If There Is an Issue With Your Order

We understand that mistakes or manufacturing defects can occasionally happen, even with premium professional brands.

If:

  • you received the wrong product,

  • your package was damaged during shipping,

  • or you noticed a manufacturing defect,

please take photos immediately and report the issue to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt whenever possible (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.).

❌ Refusing Delivery

If the entire shipment does not match your order, you may refuse delivery of the package.

Partial refusal of individual items from the package is not possible.

⚠️ Partial Returns

If you notice damaged packaging upon delivery:

  • please do not open the remaining products in the order,

  • we do not accept partial returns or products with broken seals or damaged packaging.

📝 Claims After Delivery

If a defect or issue is discovered after delivery:

Include:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • photos or video of the product,

  • and any additional details that may help us review the claim faster.

If a return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.

Claims are reviewed within up to 14 calendar days after receiving all necessary information.

We handle every situation individually and always do our best to find the best possible solution as quickly as possible.
