We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising activities may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where required, we provide applicable opt-out rights.
1.4 Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences and cart contents, secure transactions, measure performance, understand traffic, and support advertising. You can manage non-essential cookies through any cookie controls made available on the Site and through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality. See our Cookie Policy for additional information.
1.5 Email and Marketing Communications
We may send transactional messages about your order or account. Promotional emails are sent as permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent service-related or transactional communications.
1.6 Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the transaction, legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where permitted by law.
1.7 Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, payment system, or storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity.
1.8 Your Privacy Choices and Rights

These rights may be subject to exceptions and verification requirements.
To submit a privacy request, contact info@viart.us with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity and locate relevant records. We may request additional verification. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Where available, you may also use a “Your Privacy Choices,” “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” or similar link on the Site. We will process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals when required by applicable law and technically supported.
1.9 California Residents
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to our business and your information, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain information about categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, and categories of recipients, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law. The categories described in Sections 1.1 through 1.3 are intended to provide notice of our collection, use, and disclosure practices. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information unless separately disclosed.
1.10 Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact info@viart.us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
1.11 Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social-media services, payment services, or other platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices.
1.12 International Visitors
Our Site and business are operated from the United States and are primarily intended for U.S. customers. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

2. Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://viart.us/, including purchases from NEXTSTEP TRADING INC (“NEXTSTEP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.
2.1 Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
2.2 Products and Professional Use
We sell professional hair-care, beauty, and related products. Some products may be intended for trained or licensed professionals. Product descriptions, images, colors, packaging, ingredients, and availability may change. Images are illustrative, and screen settings may affect color appearance.
You are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredient lists, warnings, directions, patch-test recommendations, and suitability before use. Use products only as directed. Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to an ingredient. Results vary by individual, hair condition, technique, environment, and other factors. Information on the Site is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare or licensed beauty professional.
Professional and business customers are responsible for complying with licensing, training, sanitation, safety, labeling, resale, and consumer-protection requirements applicable to their operations.
2.3 Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, reseller concerns, or legal compliance. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance generally occurs when we ship the order or otherwise confirm fulfillment.
We may limit quantities, refuse bulk orders, or require additional verification. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
2.4 Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges are calculated at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment processing is subject to the processor’s terms and security controls.
Tax-exempt or resale customers must provide valid documentation before the applicable transaction. We may reject, suspend, or revoke tax-exempt treatment if documentation is incomplete, expired, inconsistent, or legally insufficient. Customers remain responsible for taxes not collected where legally required.
2.5 Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions are subject to stated terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, quantity limits, and availability. Unless expressly allowed, discounts cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, applied retroactively, or used for unauthorized resale. We may correct or cancel promotions affected by error, fraud, or abuse.
2.6 Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law and the shipping terms for the order. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring safe receipt of the package.
2.7 Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged items, missing items, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Opened, used, altered, contaminated, or otherwise non-resalable cosmetics and personal-care products are generally not returnable except where required by law or where we made an error.
2.8 Prohibited Conduct
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
- Interfere with Site security, operation, accounts, servers, networks, or checkout processes.
- Use bots, scraping, automated extraction, or data-mining tools without our written permission, except lawful searchengine indexing.
- Upload malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Site content except as permitted by law or written authorization.
- Purchase products for unauthorized diversion, counterfeit activity, tampering, relabeling, unlawful export, or resale in violation of an agreement or law.
2.9 Intellectual Property
The Site and its text, graphics, layout, photographs, videos, logos, product presentation, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to NEXTSTEP or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual-property laws. VIART and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the Site for lawful personal or internal business purchasing purposes.
2.10 Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading or infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content but are not obligated to do so.
2.11 Third-Party Services and Links
Third-party payment, delivery, analytics, social-media, or other services may be subject to separate terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, websites, availability, content, or practices.
2.12 Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT PRODUCT RESULTS WILL BE IDENTICAL FOR EVERY USER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
2.13 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTSTEP AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE A DIFFERENT LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
2.14 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEXTSTEP and its personnel from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, misuse or unauthorized resale of products, or infringement of another party’s rights. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.
2.15 Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Any dispute not subject to a different mandatory forum will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact each other and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
2.16 Termination and Site Changes
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, cancel accounts, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, or business operations. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
2.17 Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site and purchases, except for a separate written wholesale, distribution, professional-account, or other agreement signed by NEXTSTEP, which controls in the event of conflict.

3. Shipping Policy
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
3.1 Shipping Area
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Availability of service to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and other special destinations depends on the carrier, product, and checkout options. We may decline or cancel shipments that are restricted, commercially unreasonable, or not supported by our carriers.
3.2 Processing Time
Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding federal holidays and announced closures. Processing times shown at checkout or on the Site are estimates. High-volume periods, product verification, wholesale orders, payment review, address issues, and inventory discrepancies may require additional time.
3.3 Shipping Charges and Free Shipping
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on destination, package characteristics, order value, and available service. Unless a different promotion is displayed, qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more may receive standard free shipping. Taxes, gift cards, special handling, expedited service, and excluded items may not count toward the threshold. We may change or discontinue a free-shipping offer prospectively.
3.4 Carriers and Delivery Estimates
We may use UPS, USPS, or other carriers. Carrier and service selection may vary. Delivery estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are not guarantees. Weather, holidays, carrier congestion, incorrect addresses, access restrictions, and other events outside our control may cause delay.
3.5 Address Accuracy and Changes
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery, or rerouting may be deducted from a refund or charged to the customer where permitted by law.
3.6 Tracking and Delivery
When available, tracking information will be sent by email or displayed in your account. A carrier scan showing delivery is evidence of delivery to the address, mailroom, parcel locker, reception area, or other location selected by the carrier, but we will reasonably review timely reports of delivery problems.
3.7 Lost, Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages
Report visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect shipment to info@viart.us within 3 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, photographs of the shipping box, label, packing materials, and products, and retain all packaging while the claim is reviewed. For a package that appears lost or is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and carrier tracking, then contact us promptly. We may require cooperation with a carrier investigation or affidavit.
Remedies may include replacement, reshipment, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution, depending on the circumstances, inventory, carrier determination, and applicable law. We are not responsible for delays alone, theft after confirmed delivery, or damage caused after delivery, except where required by law.
3.8 Returned or Refused Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to claim, or repeated failed delivery, we may refund the merchandise amount after receipt, less original shipping, return shipping, and other nonrecoverable charges, except where prohibited by law. Reshipment may require payment of additional shipping charges.
3.9 International Shipping
The Site is primarily configured for U.S. shipping. International orders are accepted only when expressly offered or approved in writing. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, import requirements, brokerage, restrictions, and delays unless a written quotation states otherwise.
3.10 Contact

4. Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
4.1 Return Window
Subject to the conditions below, eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery. You must contact info@viart.us before sending a return and obtain return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
4.2 Eligible Returns
To be eligible, a product must be unopened, unused, untested, unaltered, in its original sealed and resalable packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Packaging, seals, batch codes, labels, accessories, gifts, and promotional items must be intact.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, tested, partially used, damaged after delivery, contaminated, altered, relabeled, or non-resalable cosmetics, hair-care, personal-care, or hygiene products.
- Clearance, final-sale, discontinued, custom, special-order, or explicitly non-returnable items.
- Gift cards, downloadable products, samples, and promotional gifts, unless required by law.
- Products not purchased directly from the Site or an authorized NEXTSTEP sales channel.
- Items returned after the return period or without required packaging and documentation.
These restrictions protect product integrity, hygiene, safety, and customers. They do not limit rights for defective, damaged, incorrect, recalled, or otherwise nonconforming products where applicable law provides a remedy.
4.4 Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Contact us within 3 calendar days after delivery and provide the order number and clear photographs of the outer box, shipping label, packing materials, product, seal, batch code, and damage or discrepancy. Keep all products and packaging until the review is complete. We may request additional information or return of the item. After verification, we may provide replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy required by law.
4.5 Return Shipping
For a voluntary return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and bears the risk of loss until the return is received. Use a trackable, adequately insured service and protective packaging. If we sent an incorrect item or confirm qualifying damage or defect, we will provide reasonable return instructions and cover authorized return shipping where appropriate.
4.6 Refunds
After receipt and inspection, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Original shipping, expedited shipping, return shipping, duties, and nonrecoverable charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise. Processing time by banks and card issuers is outside our control.
4.7 Exchanges
Direct exchanges are subject to availability and approval. We may process an approved return and require a separate order for the replacement product. Price differences and shipping charges may apply.
4.8 Allergic Reactions, Sensitivity, and Product Results
Individual reactions and results vary. Review ingredients and warnings and perform any recommended patch test before use. A product is not considered defective merely because it does not produce a desired cosmetic result or is unsuitable for an individual’s hair, skin, preferences, technique, or prior treatment. Stop use and seek appropriate professional or medical advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
4.9 Professional, Wholesale, and Resale Orders
Professional, wholesale, distributor, and resale orders may be subject to separate written terms, restocking charges, minimums, return authorization requirements, or non-returnable status. A separately signed agreement or approved quotation controls if it conflicts with this consumer-facing policy.
4.10 Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve an order issue. Filing a knowingly false or abusive payment dispute may result in account restriction and submission of relevant transaction, delivery, and communication records to the payment provider, subject to law.
4.11 Contact

5. Cookie Policy
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how NEXTSTEP TRADING INC uses cookies and similar technologies on https://viart.us/. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
5.1 What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, and software development tools that store or access information on a device or measure interactions.
5.2 Categories We May Use
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: enable core functions such as page navigation, security, checkout, cart operation, payment routing, fraud prevention, load balancing, and privacy preferences.
- Functional Cookies: remember language, region, account, display, cart, and other preferences.
- Analytics Cookies: help measure visits, traffic sources, Site performance, errors, and interactions so we can improve the Site and business operations.
- Advertising and Social Media Cookies: may measure campaigns, limit repeated ads, support personalized or targeted advertising, and connect Site activity with advertising or social-media services, subject to applicable law and consent settings.
5.3 Third-Party Technologies
Depending on the tools actually enabled on the Site, third parties may set or access cookies, including e-commerce, payment, security, analytics, advertising, and social-media providers. Before publication, confirm and list only services actually used, for example: WooCommerce/WordPress, Stripe, Google Analytics or Google advertising services, Meta Pixel, email-marketing tools, fraud-prevention tools, and embedded social-media content. Third parties process information under their own privacy policies.
5.4 Your Choices
Where required, non-essential cookies will be offered through a cookie banner or preference center. You may change available preferences at any time through the Site’s cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Browser settings vary, and blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout, account, or other functions from working correctly.
Some U.S. state laws may provide a right to opt out of certain cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. Where applicable, use the Site’s privacy-choice link or contact info@viart.us. We process recognized opt-out preference signals when legally required and technically supported.
5.5 Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no single universally accepted standard for all Do Not Track signals, the Site may not respond to that setting unless required by law. This does not affect legally required recognition of qualifying opt-out preference signals.
5.6 Cookie Duration
Session cookies expire when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until deleted. Duration depends on the purpose and provider. Review the Site’s live cookie preference center or cookie scanner for the current list and expiration periods.
5.7 Updates and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, laws, or business practices change. Questions may be sent to info@viart.us.
