VIART Hair Mask “SILK” – Lipid-Protein Repair Mask

A lipid-protein mask formulated with a high concentration of MEA-18 (18-methyleicosanoic acid), a key component that makes up up to 40% of the hair’s outer cuticle layer and is responsible for hydrophobicity—helping the hair retain moisture. The mask restores and protects the lipid barrier, rebuilds the hair’s hydrophobic properties, and protects the cortex, resulting in denser, stronger, and healthier-looking hair.

It does not strip color when used without additional heat. Ideal as a finishing step after coloring or toning to help seal and maintain results. It can also be used as a standalone restorative treatment with gentle heat (not exceeding 40°C / 104°F) for deeper penetration.

Directions: apply a small amount to clean, damp hair according to recommended usage guidelines. Warm between the palms, then distribute evenly through the lengths. Comb through and leave on for 15–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
